Club Training Pack

This protective gear pack is specifically required for club kumite/fighting training.

All members are recommended/required to have a protective gear pack especially when starting karate as there are many exercises that require repetitive blocking and attacking that the protective gear will minimise the amount of contact that the student may in occur while training.

The pack consists of: Forearm protector, shin and instep protector, munching mitts and mouth guard. The forearm protector, shin and instep protector are made from elasticised polyester cotton. The mouth guard can be moulded to your teeth at home using hot water (see instructions).
