If you are between 30 and 49 years, you are bound to be very busy with work and families to take up all of your time. Most of our students at this age find doing karate a nice break and a much needed mind shift to be doing something for themselves that takes them away from all the other stresses they are dealing with! When you do karate you simply cannot stress about anything else because you have to focus on what you are doing all the time.

They cover overall body strength, balance, co-ordination, flexibility, agility, focus, attitude, listening skills, good manners (dojo etiquette), awareness of others and social skills (interacting with others).

The student is required to think a lot more about everything they are required to do. There is usually quite a noticeable skill increase in the adult student as they tend to learn a little more quickly than the juniors.

These shotokan karate courses cover the more serious applications of techniques, scenarios, pressure points, role modelling, personal standards, ethics, smart thinking, and much more challenging exercises depending on the individual.
