Starting a new sport or activity is always a little scarily so to make it easier for you, we give you plenty of time to try us out.
First 2 Classes are free!
All you have to do is come along, and ask for the instructor and the rest is easy.
What to wear and bring
1. Wear a T-Shirt or a comfortable top.
2. For pants, wear shorts, slacks or tracky pants.
3. No jewellery is permitted for safety reasons. Call if you are unsure.
4. Bring a drink bottle (we regularly have breaks and you will need it).
